1. What shipping options are available? Cool Wine Racks Plus offers the following shipping options:
* Standard Delivery. All orders are made by USPS, UPS or FEDEX Ground Delivery (in the Continental United States) within 5-12 business days. Other methods of shipment may be available upon request at an additional cost. Standard Delivery shipping rates do not apply to any orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico...they will be sent 2nd Day Air with UPS or FEDEX and PRIORITY with USPS.
* Express Delivery Policy. We offer two express delivery methods: 2 Business Day Delivery and Next Business Day Delivery. If any order is placed after 3 pm CST on a Friday, the order will be processed the following Monday/next business day. Items with a noted separate shipping charge, such as heavy items, wine cellars, and oversized items cannot be shipped using express delivery methods.
2. Which carriers do you use, and what are the expected shipping charges? Shipping charges are usually based on the Volume, Weight, Class of Freight, and Zip Codes of ORIGIN of pick up, as well as the DELIVERY zip code of the buyer. These values vary case-by-case. In the event your order does not qualify for free shipping, we will take all the information you provided on your registration page (or on your order), combine it with the information we have from the vendor, and select the most efficient and affordable method available. Typically, shipments will be by UPS or FEDEX, depending upon location of warehous from which it is shipped. (Ocassionally,it may be more advantageous to customer to ship by USPS). You will be able to know your charges prior to our placing the order with the vendor.

3. When can I expect to receive my order? Products are shipped directly from the warehouse within 2-5 business days. The average time for arrival with Standard Shipping within the Contental U.S.A is 5-12 business days. Express shipping is also available at an additional cost. Exceptions, such as freight items (or items that are made to order) are noted on the individual product pages.
4. What are the procedures for shipping multiple items? Multiple items ordered from Cool Wine Racks Plus may arrive at different times. When you order products with the same brand name, they will usually arrive on the same date and on the same freigjht bill and carrier. Products ordered from different vendors may arrive on separate dates.
5. Do you offer Free Shipping? Occasionally, vendors, or Cool Wine Racks Plus, will offer FREE Shipping promotions on certain items. PLEASE NOTE...Free Shipping offers apply only to the 48 contiguous United States, and only include basic delivery. Expedited delivery or shipment outside the lower 48 United States will not qualify for the FREE shipping offers, and will typically carry additional shipping costs.
6. Do you ship to P. O. Boxes, APOs, or FPOs? We are sorry, but we cannot ship to Post Office boxes, APOs, or FPOs at this time. If you place an order and list one of these in your "Ship To" address, we will contact you for a different physical delivery address. If a response is not received from you within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled.
7. How do I return or exchange a product? your satisfaction is our goal!! If you changed your mind about your purchase after it is shipped, simply e-mail or call Cool Wine Racks Plus to discuss your options. Save all packaging materials, as you must return the items in the same packaging. Do not use the items being returned. Call us first for a return authorization. For all authorized returns, send item(s) in their original packaging to the address that we will provide to you. A "Return Authorization (RA) is ALWAYS required PRIOR to shipping merchandise back to the vendor. Otherwise, the vendor will not accept the return. With an RA, the vendor will accept the returned merchandise, but there will be a minimum 25% restocking fee. In addition, outgoing and incoming shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility on all returned/exchanged merchandize and billed to the customer. You may only return items within 10 business days after the date of your "RECEIPT OF GOODS" (ROG), and only if the merchandise is repacked in its original packing, and is received as satisfactory and re-sellable goods, as determined by the vendor. If the vendor determines the goods are not re-sellable, there may be extra deductions from your refund. Call us to discuss unique circumstances.
Once a Return is Authorized, You Should:
- Return the item to the address given to you.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.
- Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS), or with a value of over $100.00, should be insured. We cannot be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach the manufacturer/vendor.
- We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund, once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14-21 business days of our receiving your return. Any damages incurred to the product of shipped cancelled orders in return transit, and all applicable repair charges, is the buyers responsibility. In the event an order was prepaid by credit card or check, you hereby do authorize Cool Wine Rcks Plus to charge your credit card or deduct any and all applicable charges before issuing a refund. If restocking, shipping, and/or repair charges exceed the amount of your order, you are responsible for the difference.
8. How should I cancel an order? If you are refusing an item, please nofity us so we may credit your account (minus restocking fees and shipping) after the item has been received in good condition and in re-sellable packaging. If you have any questions, have refused an item, or would like to check the status of a return, please e-mail or Call Us immediately.
9. Upon receipt of the order, I noticed the merchandise is damaged. What should I do? If you have received damaged, improper goods, or defective products, plese contact us immediately! We and/or our vendor partners will reconcile the issue to your satisfaction. If your order has not been shipped and you have an account with us, you may cancel the order on the "Track My Orders" screen in My Account.
10. What if I refuse an item? If you are refusing an item, please notify us so we may credit your account (minus restocking fees and shipping) after the item has been received in good condition and in re-sellable packaging.
