   How should I cancel an order?

     If you are refusing an item, please notify us so we may credit your account (minus restocking fees and shipping) after the item has been received in good condition and in re-sellable packaging.  If you have any questions, have refused an item, or would like to check the status of a return, please email or Call us immediately.  Upon Receipt Of The Order, I Noticed The Merchandise Is Damaged.  What Should I Do? If you have received damaged, improper goods or defective products, please contact us immediately!   We and/or our vendor partners will reconcile the issue to your satisfaction.

has not been shipped and you have an account with us, you may cancel the order on the "Track My Orders" screen in
My Account.
